This appointment is for your first appointment, for adults and children 13 years or older, but not for Quit Smoking or Quit Vaping). Your first Hypnosis appointment will include a discussion around how you want to feel, what changes you want to make in your life, and what is currently standing in your way. Hypnosis Appointment, ongoing

This is an ongoing appointment for anyone who has already had an initial appointment. It will include a review of your progress, discussion around how you want to feel, what you want to achieve and what is standing in your way, along with an effective and relaxing hypnosis treatment. View less

Hypnosis Appointment child, 9-12 years

45 mins · $90

Hypnosis for kids can be extremely effective, but for it to work, they need to be able to sit and listen and follow some basic instructions. Kids under 9 may be considered, if they are able to sit and pay attention for 45 minutes (some fidgeting is ok of course). Hypnosis To Quit Smoking or Vaping

This is an intensive and motivating session to quit smoking or vaping. Before your appointment please collect up all of your smoking related items (cigarettes, lighters, ashtrays, vapes etc) and either throw them away or bring them to me to dispose of. View less

Hypnosis To Quit Smoking or Vaping - Couples

This will be a deeply relaxing and motivating Hypnosis session to quit smoking or vaping. It can be used for couples, family members, friends etc. It's important that both people want to quit. If one person is unsure or unmotivated, separate appointments would be better. You will be sent some pre-appointment tasks and be given some materials and recordings to support you in being successful after this appointment. View less

Hypnosis, longer appointment

A 90 minute appointment is perfect for when you have more to discuss or would like a longer deeper hypnotic experience. This can be used in place of an Initial or an ongoing appointment. It is not a quit smoking or quit vaping appointment. Thank you . View less
